Rachel Conerly - Founder

Rachel Conerly is the founder and managing partner of Collaborative Leaders, Inc., an organization that teaches The Collaborative Operating System, a scalable and highly-effective alternative to traditional hierarchical leadership and a blueprint for solving the world's most intractable problems. She has worked for 17 years as an Organizational Development and Leadership/Management Consultant coaching top leaders and change agents. Rachel specializes in executive team alignment and leads strategic and other planning retreats.

Rachel's clients include ING, the Coca-Cola Company, American Express, Burt's Bees, AOL, bioMerieux, The Corporate Executive Board, Bostonian Group, Tapestry Networks, Rockwell International, United Parcel Service, John Deere, IBM, as well as small- and medium-sized organizations and their executives.

Tim Kelley - Guest Trainer

Tim Kelley has worked for over twelve years as a management consultant, executive coach and corporate trainer. He has guided many individuals and teams to finding their vision. He also designs and delivers leadership training programs for executives and managers in the high tech industry. Before beginning his career as a consultant, Tim was a development director at Oracle Corporation, where he worked for eight years. His clients include Hewlett Packard, American Airlines, Deloitte & Touche, Charles Schwab, Bayer, and numerous smaller companies and startups. He holds a bachelor's degree in theoretical mathematics from MIT. Tim lives in Berkeley, California with his wife Heather and son Ronan.

Mark Voorsanger - Trainer

Mark Voorsanger is an executive coach and consultant with over 25 years experience in working with and managing high technology teams. His experience as a business entrepreneur, senior corporate manager overseeing globally distributed production units, and executive coach and consultant focusing on leadership development and collaboration make him uniquely qualified to work with leaders in high tech.

As the founder of Skyward Coaching, Mark brings the COS and his collaborative facilitation skills to literally every client engagement, from individual coaching to the facilitation of corporate strategic planning. Mark's client list includes Electronic Arts, Sega, DreamWorks, CompuShare and Kaiser Permanente.

Elizabeth Agnew Myers - Trainer

Liz Agnew Myers is a certified coach specializing in leadership development and collaboration. Liz earned a bachelor's degree in engineering from Cornell University and a master's degree from Stanford. As president of Integrative Leadership Strategies, LLC, Liz's mission is to bring the world together by making the workplace a sanctuary for learning and truth. She transforms one team at a time, teaching them to work transparently and heal the pain of poor work relationships. Liz's previous clients include Genentech, Hewlett Packard, The City of Atlanta, Sun Microsystems, Lockheed Martin, and Jet Propulsion Laboratories. Liz is based in Boston.

Together, Mark Voorsanger and Liz Agnew are responsible for developing and facilitating the Collaborative Operating System™ tele-seminar. As seasoned COS trainers, they bring extensive experience in teaching collaborative skills as well as facilitating collaborative meetings.

Michael Ryan - Trainer

Michael Ryan is an executive coach and organizational consultant who specializes in creating collaborative learning environments that transform individual and organizational results. He has worked in a variety of settings including academia, for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, teaching leaders and teams how to more effectively bring people together to get things done. He holds a master’s degree in Sociology from the University of California, is a graduate of the professional coaching program at New Ventures West, and is certified as a team development coach. He lives with his wife in Boise, Idaho.
